Quoting Protocol
Request online/phone. Pricing depends on condition, time, and scope. All quotes are estimates. Costs change if conditions differ, additional work is needed, or access is delayed.

02 Quality
Satisfaction Guarantee
Report missed areas within 24h (res) or 48h (comm) with photo/video for re-clean. Service-review/re-clean model, no general refunds.
End-of-Lease
48h re-clean guarantee if full scope booked. Damage must be reported within 24h with evidence.
03 Logistics & Access
Security: Strict confidentiality for access details. Right of Refusal: Can refuse if conditions are unsafe or info is inaccurate.
04 Personnel
Trained, insured staff and subcontractors. All personnel maintain current Police/WWC Checks to ensure operational integrity.
